I have been in the fitness and bodybuilding industry for over 10 years and nothing motivates me more than to help people through physical fitness. I base my sessions on your personal goals and interests, and feel that workouts should test and improve your physical and mental abilities. I also believe that a training session should be fun and engaging. My goal is to guide clients on how to get and stay physically and psychologically fit. I don't just want to see my clients achieve their goals but to look and feel their best, and develop the self-confidence needed to take control of a happy, healthy lifestyle.
I first began to train with weights in my late teens mainly because even in my much younger years I was heavily involved in gymnastics and I found weight training a very therapeutic and calming outlet, because in the gym its just you and the weight and at that point nothing matters. I had my first child in 2016 with a C-section which made me realize how hard it is to regain your old self postpartum.(Even if you are in your early 20's) I am a main believer in sustainable life style, gym and social life can indeed coexist as long as everything is done in moderation.
